Welcome to SCIPRO, an online learning platform developed and managed by Vectorwind-Tech Systems Pvt. Ltd. By registering or using our services through the SCIPRO website or mobile application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Refund Policy
A full refund will be provided only if requested within 24 hours of joining a course via the SCIPRO app.
After this 24-hour period, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your registered details within the specified time frame.
2. Online-Only Learning
All courses offered through SCIPRO are exclusively online.
No physical classes or printed materials will be provided.
All learning resources, including video lessons, notes, and practice tests, will be accessible only through the SCIPRO platform.
3. Course Content Policy
Course contents are intended for personal use only by the registered user.
Downloading, copying, or sharing course materials in any form with others is strictly prohibited.
Any such unauthorized activity will lead to immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
4. Content Availability
Course materials and access will be available until the completion of the specific examination the course is designed for.
After the exam date or relevant period, all course content will be permanently deleted from the platform, and access will be revoked.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Multiple logins or account sharing is not allowed and will result in suspension of your account.
6. Modifications
SCIPRO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
